Senior Guest Services Agent 資深賓客服務員

Responsibilities:

  • Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way
  • Provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints
  • Achieve the high level of guest’s satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner
  • Ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively
  • Handle other daily departmental operation issues

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 year' relevant experience in Hotel Industry
  • Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Required to work the overnight shift

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Agent.
