What we need from you
• A minimum of 8 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• A creative soul with an appetite for global culinary trends, balanced with the discipline to run a highly organized kitchen.
• Exceptional leadership skills—the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, inventory management/procurement software, and labor management systems.
• Higher Diploma in related discipline.
• Fluent in Chinese and English
