Waiter / Waitress (侍應生)

About the Role

As a Waiter / Waitress – Café Malacca (侍應生), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Assist with order taking, providing recommendations and information on the latest promotions, as well as delivering food and beverages.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• 確保所分配的工作區域運作順暢，並維持餐廳的服務質素
• 根據酒店標準，保持工作區域的清潔及整備
• 協助點餐、提供餐飲推介及最新優惠資訊，並負責送餐服務
• 收集意見以提升服務質素
• 履行上司分配的工作

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
• Customer-oriented team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• 具備至少一年酒店或餐飲服務業相關工作經驗
• 以客為本及具備團隊合作精神
• 良好中英文書寫及會話能力
