About the Role
As a Steward Cleaner (洗碗員), you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and stewarding area.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes and kitchenware, as well as sanitizing and maintaining utensils.
- Keep the kitchen and restaurant area clean according to Hotel’s standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
- 清洗餐具及廚房用具，並負責消毒及維護器具
- 根據酒店標準保持廚房及餐廳區域的清潔
- 履行上司分配的工作
About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Industry.
- Possess knowledge in operating dishwasher would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- 1年相關工作經驗
- 懂操作洗碗機優先考慮
- 良好溝通技巧
