Visual Merchandising in M&S

Our stores are always changing to give customers exactly what they want and how they want it. Our Visual Merchandisers drive that, making sure customers have a seamless experience in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure the implementation of company VM standards at the store level, including window displays, in-store visuals, mannequins, hotspots and in-store decoration.

-Maintain and organize all VM equipment and materials efficiently and cost-effectively.

-Support layout adjustments, product handling, and renovation/store opening projects.

-Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the store's commercial team and the marketing team.

-Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance VM initiatives.

-Contribute by sharing market insights, expertise, and connections to support the development of VM strategies.

Job Requirements:

-Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant experience in retail fashion (VM, Retail Sales) are a plus.

-Strong fashion sense and commercial awareness.

-Ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines.

-Collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.

-Proficient in email and MS Office applications.

-Good command of spoken Cantonese and English.
