Assistant Concierge

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
  • Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of their belongings
  • Maintain accurate records of all guests deliveries and storage items
  • Arrange transportation for guests upon request
  • Supervise team members and ensure duties are carried out in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Certifications or diploma in hotel study is preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in concierge operations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
