Operations Planner 操作策劃員

Main Duties

• Work closely with different parties to prepare and execute vessel operations plans
• Maximize usage of equipment resources and ensure smooth terminal traffic through tight monitoring
• Maintain good communication with superiors and operations teams on handling various operations situations
• 6-day workweek, shift duty is required

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• With relevant working experiences would be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

主要職責

• 與不同營運單位協調，計劃及執行船舶停泊及起卸編排
• 有效監控碼頭的機械資源調配，確保流程順暢
• 與上司及各操作組別保持緊密溝通，以應對不同營運情況
• 每週工作6天，須輪班當值

資歷要求

• 中五或以上程度
• 具相關工作經驗者獲優先考慮
• 懂電腦軟件操作，包括MS Office
• 良好顧客服務、應變及溝通技巧
• 良好中英文讀寫能力，能以簡單英語及普通話溝通
