ASSISTANT E&M MANAGER – FOR HONG KONG PROJECTS

Responsibilities:

• Assist E&M Manager to check and vet the FS design & construction proposals and drawings
• Carry out site co-ordination & quality inspection work on FS Installation
• Render FS solution and technical support to Project Manager and the construction team

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services or E&M discipline
• Membership of relevant professional institutions is required
• Minimum 15 years' E&M Design and Construction Management working experience especially in FS Installation
• Sound experience in Grade A office and large-scale residential development & on-site co-ordination and quality checking
• Knowledge of BIM and AI is preferred
• Proficiency in MS office and AutoCAD
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior E&M Engineer
