We are looking for a motivated Head Chef
Job Description:
- Make sure kitchen operations are smooth
- Ensure a high quality of food and high level of hygiene are maintained daily
- Manage and train kitchen staff.
- Develop recipes and menus.
- Determine presentation plans.
- Order and evaluate the quality of new food.
- Help with financial planning and budgeting.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Culinary school preferred.
- Previous experience as sous chef or head chef in fine establishments is referred
- Knowledge about food portion control and food cost
- Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
- Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
