Security Manager - Sai Kung District ($47K, 5.5 day work, public holiday)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the contractor representative on-site, overseeing security operations for 9 hours daily.

Supervise and maintain effective communication with the Security Center and Security Personnel.

Conduct daily patrols to ensure safety and uphold staff discipline.

Provide training to security staff and conduct investigations related to security incidents.

Develop strategic plans and manage the deployment of security personnel.

Requirements:

Degree from a Hong Kong institution or formal law enforcement training.

Fluent in Chinese (including Putonghua) and English, with excellent communication skills.

Minimum of 5 years of security supervisory experience managing a site with at least 100 security staff, or 10 years in a law enforcement agency.

Proven experience in training, risk assessment, and incident reporting.

Strong integrity, self-discipline, and a trackable job record.
