Public Area Supervisor 公眾地方清潔督導

Responsibilities

• To ensure that the standards of cleanliness set by the hotel are met
• To assign general cleaning schedule for all shifts cleaners according to instruction or assignment lay down by the Department Head and conduct evaluations
• To inspect all public areas which include: hotel lobby, back-of-the-house area, F & B outlets, offices, swimming pool, gym room, garden landscape and staff locker rooms
• To handle guest complaints immediately and take corrective action, and make report accordingly
• To relieve the Floor Supervisor when necessary
• To ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with the local safety and security standards to guarantee safety
• To assist in inventory taking of cleaning supplies & check cleaning supplies in stock are as per standard
• To perform duties as assigned by Department Head

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant supervisor experience in similar capacity in hotel
• With knowledge of handling and apply cleaning chemicals
• Good command of Cantonese, knowledge in English and Mandarin is preferable
