Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive, Event Booking Center (Catering or Group) (5-Day Work Week)

Job Summary

• Maximize catering or group sales revenue by managing and developing accounts.
• Follow up on negotiation process on all catering or group sales leads.
• Ensure delivery of services in catering or group sales through clear communications and coordination with all relevant departments.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 year(s) of relevant experience gained in sizable hotel.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Sales Executive, Event Booking Center (Catering or Group).
