Stewarding Supervisor 管事督導

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead our stewarding team and enhance our kitchen's efficiency and cleanliness! In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that every piece of equipment and all dining ware are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Steward  to supervise and manage stewarding Team Members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• 協助總管事監督和管理管事團隊成員，包括培訓、排班和績效評估。
• Assist in inventory control and proper stock management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• 協助庫存控制及清潔用品和設備的妥善管理。
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during service times.
• 與廚房和服務團隊密切合作，以確保在服務期間的順暢運作。

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry
• 擁有 2–3 年相關的餐飲業工作經驗
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 具備良好的領導能力和溝通技巧
• Hygiene Supervisor / Manager certificate is an advantage
• 擁有衛生督導/經理證書者優先
