Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking (Syndicated Loans)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationship with corporate clients

• Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of bank’s corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, structured transactions, syndication, treasury, trade financing or other financial products

• Maintain good relationship with large corporate clients to find the business opportunities for syndication loans 

• Provide professional financial solutions and conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals

• Involve in leading or participating in the syndication loan process

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines 

• 5 years of relationship management experience in corporate banking, including 2 years of experience in syndication loan origination, structuring, distribution and execution

• Must have loan syndication knowledge

• Strong credit analysis and report writing skills 

• Self-motivated, independent, creative and outgoing 

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) , knowledge of Fukienese will be an advantage
