About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be overseeing access control, patrols, and emergency response to ensure a safe and secure environment aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for access control and patrols
• Response to emergency events according to the standard safety procedures
• Maintain Hotel security and protect safety and assets of all Hotel guests, visitors, employees
• Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image to all Hotel guests, visitors and employees

About You

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently
• Possession of Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit
