About the Role

As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading the team in daily security operations, ensuring strict compliance with established standards while providing guidance and support to deliver a safe and reassuring environment for all guests and colleagues

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team effectively to drive day-to-day security operations
• Ensure security operations are strictly followed to established standards and policies
• Provide practical guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards
• Cultivate and maintain excellent guest relations to enhance their satisfaction
• Handle guests’ inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as reporting any complaints related to security or safety to Management immediately

About You

• Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry
• Valid Security Personnel Permit
• Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits
• Sound knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
• Self-initiated team player with good communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
