Property Officer / Assistant Property Officer (Tsuen Wan Shopping Arcade)

The successful candidate will enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement terms, handle requests and complaints from tenants and owners, perform day-to-day building management and inspection services, and oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services.

Requirements:

• Degree holders with 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma/Higher Certificate with 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Knowledge of PC operations
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Property Officer
