About the Role

As a Wellness Concierge, you will be managing guest appointments, and providing essential support to ensure a smooth and elevated wellness experience in line with Shangri-La’s service standards

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with positive and friendly attitude from arrival through departure
• Perform check in for guests according to their scheduled appointments
• Provide detailed descriptions of wellness treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation
• Handle reception duties, including cashiering, class management, walk-in/phone and online inquires, complaints and other ad-hoc duties
• Conduct inventory stock takes of equipment and merchandises monthly and when required
• Assist and perform various demonstrations and events

About You

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
• Relevant experience in luxury Hotels or Spa would be an advantage
• Customer-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
