Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, schedule, control and implement all Engineering related operation, repair, maintenance and renovation activities and programs of the Hotel.
• To be responsible for safe, reliable operation and efficient operation of all engineering plants and equipment in the hotel through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• To be responsible for maintaining reliable operation and efficient performance of all fire and life safety equipment in the hotel through regular maintenance and fire drill exercises.
• To be responsible for general safety of the hotel as well as work safety of the staffs.
• To be in-charge for energy conservation program of the Hotel.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in which at least 3 years in Duty Engineer position
• Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• Good in problem-solving skills and communication skills
