Stewarding Supervisor 管事督導

職責:

• 協助總管事管理管事部運作
• 依照總管事的指示確保廚房衛生合乎酒店要求

入職要求:

• 具酒店或飲食業的相關工作經驗者優先

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient running of the Stewarding operations
• Follow instruction of Chief Steward and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard

Requirements:

• Having relevant experience in hotels / catering establishments will be an advantage
