Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Degree holder in hospitality management
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Assistant Manager or 5 -6 years supervisory experience in front desk operation
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with OPERA Cloud systems

Requirements:

  • Degree in hospitality management
  • Initiative with strong leadership skill and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
  • Shift duties required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
