Associate Specialist, Credit Card Processing

Job Responsibilities:

• Process credit card applications including data input, documents mapping, filing and follow up with customers for outstanding documents
• Coordinate credit administration tasks and operations with relevant stakeholders
• Perform UAT for system enhancement
• Provide administrative support and project assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably with credit card or banking industry
• Good communication, detail minded and able to work independently
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
