Officer, Operations & Systems Management - Personal Banking

Responsibilities

• Assist to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of branch management system and procedure and provide support to branches in all operational issues.
• Assist to consolidate expense and cost reports of branches
• Assist managers in handling enquiries from branches & other business units / supporting units
• Conduct user acceptance testing for projects involving system enhancements as directed by managers
• Provide system related support to branch staff after implementation of system projects/enhancements

Requirements

• Post secondary or above
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking sector covering the following:
  • Sound knowledge in branch operations, products and services;
  • Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and compliance requirements;
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
