Human Resources Assistant / Assistant Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in various Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits and staff relation;
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and filing system;
  • Administer job advertisement platforms and assist in recruitment and pre-employment procedures;
  • Support in employee engagement activities;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Internship or relevant work experience in hospitality industry or human resources is an advantage;
  • Basic understanding of Employment Ordinance is preferred;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Team-player, detail-minded and self-driven;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
