Guest Services Supervisor/ Senior Guest Services Officer/ Guest Services Officer

Job Description:

• Assist guests in checking-in and checking-out
• Provide information to guests’ enquiries
• Patrol hotel premises in order to ensure the safety and security of the guests, staff and Hotel
• Offer concierge service to guests

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year solid experience in Front Office operation
• Certificate/ Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Management or related disciplines
• Multi skills in administration and operations tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit would be an advantage
