銀行客戶服務專員(Call Center+Outreach) ($17K或以上/4-5天工作/ 專業在職培訓 / 歡迎畢業生及無經驗者)

主要職責

• 接聽熱線查詢，解答客人有關銀行服務或產品的查詢

• 於各大指定零售地點主動推廣相關產品及服務

• 跟進客人意見或投訴

入職要求

• 具備半年或以上客戶服務及推廣工作經驗為佳

• 主動、以禮對待、守時及抱持認真工作態度

• 良好溝通技巧及能於壓力下工作

• 能操流利廣東話，具英語及國語能力將優先取錄

• 歡迎應屆畢業生

待遇

• 固定底薪

• 一週4-5天工作

• 每週工作時間不多於40小時, 輪班制 (夜班津貼可達$2000)
