What will you do?

  • Ensure consistent food quality through proper cooking methods, presentation standards, portion control, and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support daily kitchen operations by supervising staff, providing training, and maintaining a positive, productive team environment.
  • Assist with workforce planning, including preparing labor forecasts, scheduling, and adjusting staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Contribute to recipe development, cost control, waste reduction, and achieving budgeted operational targets.
  • Conduct regular kitchen walk-throughs to maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality, while supporting staff to ensure excellent guest service.

What do we seek in you?

  • High school diploma or vocational culinary training.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in an upscale hotel or restaurant, plus at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Valid and recognized Food Handling/Sanitation certification.
  • Good understanding of menu planning, food presentation, and banquet/event operations.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, storage practices, and basic kitchen maintenance.
