Part-time HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team leaders on manpower planning and drive effective strategies to cope with rapid hiring needs;
  • Manage full recruitment cycle in a timely manner;
  • Formulate job description and make use of the best recruitment channels;
  • Arrange screening, selections, on-boarding and new hire documentation follow up;
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and processes related to talent acquisition and on-boarding;
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation;
  • Fresh graduates in Human Resources or candidates with less experience are welcome; relevant HR work experience is preferred;
  • Excellent time management, able to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure;
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
  • Immediately available or available on short notice is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • 3–5 working days per week
