Insurance Administration Officer

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Insurance Department
  • Communicate with insurance companies to update on their SOPs, special offers/promotions, new product launch and product literature etc.
  • Follow up on the status of new business, premium collection, withdrawal, redemption and administrative related enquiries with insurance companies and inform the salespeople/client accordingly
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and strategic partners in organizing internal trainings and external seminars
  • Manage document processing, file organization, and data compilation and analysis.
  • Prepare various routine reports for internal use
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance administration; knowledge of insurance business operations is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, rate table creation, and basic formula usage
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin
