Guest Relations Officer (Receptionist)

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily receptionist duties including greeting guests and handling all guests' reservations and inquires through phone call, Whatsapp and email
  • Create a tailor-made menu based on the culinary desires of customer
  • Handle all complaints and follow through appropriate actions accordingly

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or reservation centre role 
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
