Food & Beverage Service Attendant (餐飲服務員)

At the moment, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Service Attendant to join our professional team at The Royal Garden Kowloon East.

目前，我們正在尋找一位餐飲服務員加入我們九龍東帝苑酒店的專業團隊。

Job Responsibilities工作職責:

• Responsible to assure and provide the highest level of product and service to guests.  負責及確保為客人提供高水平的產品和服務。

• Responsible for taking food orders and handle guests needs in a timely manner.
  負責處理客人訂單和及時處理客人需要。

• Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met.
  即時及禮貌地完成上級指定對房客服務並滿足客人要求。

• Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service including cleaning and maintain equipment and premises.
  協助餐廳的服務準備工作包括保持設備和物資的清潔。

• Assist in carry out administrative duties.
  協助餐廳的文書處理工作。

Job Requirements工作要求:

• Half year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent working experience. 
  具有半年以上餐飲服務員之工作經驗，或與此相關工作經驗。
   
• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  具有高中或酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相關的專業証書。
   
• Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua.
  具有講，讀和寫簡單英語及普通話能力。
