Demi Chef de Partie 中級烘焙師 (Baking 爐房) - Bakehouse

Job Duties 職責:

• Work on a general production line
  制作烘焙產品的日常生產
• Perform day to day Bakery duties，mainly in baking & its relevant preparations
  負責烘焙產品的日常制作工序，主要負責入爐及相關準備工作
• Follow instructions from head chef for production
  按部門主管的指示制作烘焙產品
• Maintain high level of hygiene and cleanliness of working environment, in order to reach company quality standard
  確保生產過程按照安全及衛生指示和操作, 以達到公司品質要求

Working Location 工作地點:

• Chai Wan 柴灣

Working Hours 工作時間:

• Starting from 09:00 ; 10 hours per day 由早上9點開始 ; 每天10小時
