Commis (Layers) 初級烘焙師 (酥皮部) - Bakehouse

Job Duties 職責:

• Work on a general production line
  制作烘焙產品的日常生產
• Perform day to day Bakery duties (Layers)
  負責酥皮製作及塑型，如壓酥 / 開酥 / 卷牛角包等等工序
• Follow instructions from head chef for production
  按部門主管的指示制作烘焙產品
• Maintain high level of hygiene and cleanliness of working environment, in order to reach company quality standard
  確保生產過程按照安全及衛生指示和操作, 以達到公司品質要求

Working Location 工作地點:

• Chai Wan 柴灣

Working Hours 工作時間:

• Starting from 07:30 ～10:30 ; 10 hours per day 由早上7點半至10點半點開始 ; 每天10小時
   

Requirements 要求:

• Non-experienced / Fresh graduate are also welcomed

• Good communication skills
  良好溝通能力
• Good team player and able to work in a dynamic team
