About the Role

As a Security Supervisor, you will be ensuring smooth daily operations of the Security Department, safeguarding hotel assets and managing manpower for special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Being part of the Hotel’s Emergency Response Team and participating in scheduled emergency training and preparedness exercises.
• Monitor poolside activities and coordinate with lifeguards to maintain guest well-being.
• Enforce strict adherence to established security standards and policies.
• Provide clear guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and report any security / safety-related issues to Management.

About You

• Diploma or certificate in Security Management with valid Security Personnel Permit.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the Hotel or Security Industry.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in risks assessment, operation reviews and audit.
• Understanding of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
