Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotel Corporation's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Associate Director of Sales / Senior Sales Manager – Transient & Groups will be responsible for supporting the overall sales strategy, revenue optimization, and team development. The role actively identifies upselling opportunities to grow and maximize revenue, while driving guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout every guest experience.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines. Minimum 5-years relevant working experience in simliar capacity. Excellent command of English and Chinese. Positive can-do attitude and sociable. Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior Sales Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and presentation skills are a must.
