As the Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will be responsible for crafting high quality dishes that align with our menu. You will contribute to elevating our culinary offerings and ensuring exceptional dining experience for every guest. 
作為香港尖沙咀金普頓酒店的助理主廚， 您將負責製作符合我們餐單標準的高品質糕餅。您將參與提升我們的糕餅作品，並確保每位賓客享有卓越的用餐體驗。 

A little taste of your day-today 
您的日常工作簡要  

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下：   

• Preparing and cooking high-quality pastries according to the menu 
  根據菜單準備和烹飪高品質的糕餅
• Ensuring all food quality and presentation standards are met 
  確保所有食品品質和外觀標符合標準 
• Ensuring all food items are stored and handled properly 
  確保所有食品妥善存放和處理 
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and portion control to meet budget targets 
  監控食品成本、庫存及份量控制以達到預算目標  
• Assisting in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards 
  協助維持廚房清潔和衛生標準 

What we need from you 
我們對您的要求  

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as chef working in hotels or fully service restaurants 
  具備至少三年在酒店或全桌服務的餐廳擔任廚師的工作 
• A diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent 
  廚藝文憑或同等資歷 
• Good training, coaching and problem solving skills 
  良好的培訓、輔導和解決問題的能力 
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure 
  注重細節和能在壓力下工作 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
  良好的團隊合作和溝通能力
