醫療服務副經理(編號：DCS/AMSM/JC)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor subsidized projects operated under POH dental service
• Oversee daily operations of dental clinics to ensure efficient workflow and to comply with prevailing regulations and policies
• Handle project’s administrative and financial tasks which include staff recruitment, duty roster, budgeting, analyses and reporting
• Develop and deliver marketing and promotional activities/ events/ programmes to promote oral health education as well as POH’s dental service
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of projects and services
• Promote interdepartmental collaborations on service referrals and oral health education
• Engage in cross-organizational cooperation, network building and liaison
• Handle patient inquiries, feedback and complaints
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines or above
• Registered Social workers with experience in project management and development are welcome
• At least 5 years relevant working experiences in managing services or projects, experience in social service would be an advantage
• Attention to details, creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills, well organized and responsible and flexible to perform ad-hoc works
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
