F&B Server – Buffet Breakfast (5 days)

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to support the Food and Beverage services, including food preparation, display apparatus, the restaurant supplies placed with the disassembly, cleaning and hospitality services.
• Ensure that serve respective guests with courteous manner and smile; 
• Handling guest billing and customer complaint in a professional manner; 
• Assist for table setting, assignment and banquet event in case of need;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Assistant F&B Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in food & beverage customer service in hotel industry or F&B group (Fresh graduates are also welcome);
• Knowledge of hotel buffet breakfast operations, daily duty from 05:30 - 15:00 hours;
• Independent and self-motivated team player with strong communication skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
