As the Housekeeping Supervisor at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness and physical condition of the hotel guestrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas. You'll maintain a positive and friendly attitude with all guests and other employees to act as the communicator and liaison between guests and cleaners.

作為香港尖沙咀金普頓酒店房務部督導,您將負責檢查和維持酒店客房、會議室、走廊和公共區域的清潔。您將向所有賓客和同事展示積極友好的態度,並充當賓客和清潔員之間的溝通及聯絡人。

A little taste of your day-to-day
您的日常工作簡要 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
每一天都是不同的一天,但大致工作内容如下: 

  • Ensuring that all front and back of house on guest floors are presented and maintained and the timely turnaround of guest rooms are guaranteed
    確保客房、樓層、公共地方域設施整潔有序
  • Actively supporting room attendants and public area attendants executing their daily tasks and interacting with guests daily to ensure all guests receive extraordinary service 
    積極協助房務員及公眾地方清潔員完成日常工作,並與客人進行日常互動,確保客人能享受優質服務
  • Handling all guest and internal complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
    禮貌高效地處理所有客人和内部投訴
  • Taking full ownership of all operations in his/her designated section, including but not limited to impeccable delivery of service requests, room discrepancies and general tidiness.
    負責部門指定營運標準,包括處理服務请求、處理客房房態差異以及保持整體整潔

What we need from you
我們對您的要求 

  • A certificate in housekeeping operations, hospitality management, or related field
    酒店房務營運、酒店管理或相關學歷
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping team, with at least 1 year at supervisory role
    至少4年管家部工作經驗,其中至少1年擔任督導的經驗
  • Team player, ability to work under pressure
    團隊合作精神,能夠承受工作要求壓力
  • Solid communication, training and coaching skills
    良好的溝通、培訓和輔導技能
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, speaking and writing
    必須精通英語和中文(粤語和普通語),具備良好口語和寫作能力
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    熟識Microsoft Word和Excel程式運作
