About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Finance Department in Hong Kong, the Receiving Officer is responsible for ensuring that deliveries are in accordance with specifications stated on the purchase orders or market lists regarding quality, quantity and price for both hotels as needed: Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and the Landmark Mandarin Oriental. The Receiving Officer reports to the Senior Receiving & Store Supervisor.

As Receiving Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform the daily routine work of the Receiving Office.
  • Ensure all receiving procedures are complied with hotel’s standard and requirements (HACCP).
  • Jobs scope will cover both Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the department head from time to time.

As Receiving Officer, we expect from you:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in 5-star hotel.
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Initiative and good communications skills.
