CRM Campaign Management Manager - Channel & Transaction Management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM campaign strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals, focusing on customer lifecycle stages
  • Identify target audience segments and define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Work with external & internal stakeholders in the implementation and adoption of new campaign management tools to enhance campaign outcomes and operation efficiency
  • Review and monitor campaign execution within regulatory standard and business user requirement and deliver on time with high standard
  • Monitor channel metrics and marketing analytics to identify insights and optimise performance of campaign management tools
  • Stay abreast of industry’s best practices, emerging CRM technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategy
  • Lead the adoption and maximise the value of Campaign Management Tools for business strategic planning, campaign onboard, execution and response tracking
  • Leverage customer data and digital footprint to identify opportunities, personalize communications, and ultimately contribute to key business objectives
  • Evaluate the campaign workflow with the latest technologies available to enhance targeting with the right message at the right time, optimise the campaign performance, and operation efficiency
  • Take up ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Senior CRM Campaign Management Manager

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 8-10 years’ solid experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management in a managerial or senior lead role focusing on CRM campaigns, preferably in banking industry
  • Proficient in leading digital projects and strong in verbal and written communication to business and management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw conclusions, and make data-backed recommendations. Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template creation/modification is a plus
  • Creative, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation and leadership skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese, Putonghua is an added advantage)
