Cross-boundary Business Manager - Wealth Products Management

Responsibility

• Design and implement process enhancements to streamline operations and lead the onboarding process for new services, ensuring integration etc.
• Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate staff on new processes and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align new processes with business objectives and customer needs
• Prepare regular competitor analysis for keeping the Bank's competitiveness in terms of product, channel delivery and customer experience
• Ensure appropriate system and platform support to enable effective implementation of banking services to suit the needs of cross-border customers
• To conduct regular business / product analytic reports to find out any business potential, loopholes and market intelligence  
• Support daily operations with project data monitoring, tracking, analysis, and communication
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of regulatory, compliance, audit and project documentation

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector or financial industry, preferably in Segment Strategy and management, wealth management products development or management, business analytics and management
• Solid experience in cross-border business, which includes product /segment management, project management, data analytics in banking or financial services industry
• Sound knowledge of personal banking business and wealth management products & services
• Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; strong command of written and verbal English and Chinese, fluent speaking in Putonghua is a must
• Independent, self-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in programming (e.g. SQL), Excel, Word and PowerPoint
