Operations Manager

We are a vibrant and innovative modern western dining brand dedicated to providing our customers with an enjoyable dining experience. To further enhance our business operations, we invite an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall business operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the restaurant.
• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business profitability.
• Manage and train the team to maintain high standards of service and employee development.
• Monitor inventory and costs to ensure financial health of the business.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standard, and compliance with laws and regulations
• Enforce the Group’s policies and procedures at all times

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma in related disciplines
• At least 5 years management experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets
• Outgoing and approachable personality with an open mind, good communication skills and creativity
• Ability in marketing and brand management, capable of developing and executing marketing strategies to attract customers
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation

Working Location: Causeway Bay and Tsuen Wan
