Guest Relations Officer - SKYE

We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and take restaurant bookings in a courteous and professional standard
• Engage with guests to ensure they feel welcome and are given responsive and friendly service
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experiences in a similar capacity
• Certificate in Hospitality or Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Table Management System (Respak) for booking process
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Service oriented, energetic and a team player
