Senior MPF Business Manager – Team Head – MPF Department

Responsibilities

• Work as the team head of MPF Marketing team to lead and monitor the operation flow
• As a team leader to plan, coordinate and organize MPF marketing activities
• Responsible to lead a team to achieve preset sales targets and objectives
• Develop and formula strategic plans 
• Provide after-sales services to privileged customers and cross-sell the insurance & other banking products

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing; or related discipline
• Over Ten years’ experience in sales or marketing 
• Passes in the MPF Intermediaries Examination and Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer 
• Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is an advantage 
• Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• A team player with good communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as MPF Marketing Manager
