Wound Care Nurse (Full-time) - 5 days work week

Job Description:

• Provide expert consultation and implement nursing care on wound, stoma and incontinence management to inpatients, outpatients and day patients
• Establish and revise the wound management protocols and guideline
• Develop, coordinate and implement wound, stoma and incontinence educational programs for hospital staff, patients and carers
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives to optimize wound and stoma care outcomes in conjunction with task group and other parties

Requirements:

• Must hold Hong Kong Registered Nurse and current practicing certificate
• At least 1 year clinical work experience on related area or above is preferred
• Obtainment of wound care related qualification
• Enterostomal therapist course certificate is preferred
• Applicants must be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to demonstrate good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 5-day work week & shift rotation required
