Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Housekeeping Department. In this critical role, you will help define the vision and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service excellence across the property, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable stay.
The Executive Housekeeper will lead and develop a large and diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Your deep expertise in housekeeping operations—combined with strong business acumen and a commitment to innovation—will be essential in driving departmental performance, colleague satisfaction, and guest experience at the highest level.
Qualifications
Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience within a hotel housekeeping team, including at least 3 years in a housekeeping management role. Strong leadership, training, and coaching capabilities are essential, together with a proven ability to unite, inspire, and motivate a team. Excellent problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are also required.
