Manager (Product & Portfolio Management) - Private Banking/Wealth Management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of macro/micro market data on Private Banking and Wealth Management, overall economic analysis and hot market topics, etc., Prepare regular and ad-hoc strategic reports for asset allocations and investment products framework.

2. Manage wealth management strategies and product applications.  Establish and design investment products framework according to clients’ needs and risk appetite.

3. Design and update complex investment products list according to latest market needs. Be responsible for the product launching procedures and management of products online platform.

4. Design relevant policies and operational procedures for external service providers and product management in compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements. 

5. Enhance and optimize the investment products framework, including the entire process of product due diligence, product listing and launching applications, performance evaluation, and ongoing management of products framework.

6. Drive the cross-border and cross-departmental system integration and optimization for business collaboration.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, preferably in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial and banking industry, with at least 3 years in investment management or product portfolio management for Private Banking and Wealth Management. Experience in cross-border product sales, FOF investment management, or structured and investment products is highly recommended.

3. Solid market analysis experience and familiar with investment products in Hong Kong and overseas markets.

4. Passed in HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8. Holders of professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.

5. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

6. Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
