Steward Supervisor 管事督導主任

The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Steward Supervisor / Steward to support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department. 淺水灣影灣園誠聘管事督導主任 / 管事清潔員，以配合餐飲部的日常運作。

Key Accountabilities 主要職責

• Lead, train, and supervise stewards and casual labour; conduct briefings and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.
  領導、培訓及監督管事員及臨時員工，進行簡報並確保正確使用清潔設備。
• Provide cleaning services to the steward area, including dish and pot washing
  為管事部提供清潔服務，包括洗碗、洗鍋。
• Ensure all stewarding, production, and service areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards, including pest control.
  確保所有管事、生產及服務區域符合清潔與衛生標準，包括害蟲防治。
• Handle the ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors  
  聽從主管的指示處理突發工作

General Requirements 職位要求

• Preferable with 3 years relevant experience 具3年相關經驗者優先
• F.5 level or equivalent education and qualification 需F.5程度或同等學歷
• Shift duty is required 需輪班工作
