Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Review and reconcile all receivable accounts
  • Calculate and verifying travel agent and credit card commission are charged in accuracy
  • Prepare month end accounts journal entry for Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare and issue Proforma Invoice, Office receipt and Statement to guests
  • Handling credit card dispute and refund
  • Handle correspondence and queries regarding accounts receivable matters, respond and resolve accounts queries

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good command of computer applications and MS Office
